Draft

This is a plain-language working draft, last updated September 2026. It has not been reviewed by counsel — treat it as a description of current practice, not a final legal instrument.

Secluding exists so you can open something you don't trust without exposing your own machine or network. That purpose sets the boundary: sessions are for interactive investigation and research, not for hiding the origin of unrelated traffic.

What sessions are for

  • Opening a suspicious link, attachment, or landing page to see what it does.
  • Researching a leak site, market, or forum, on clearnet or Tor.
  • Verifying a storefront, ad, or campaign that may be cloaking its real content.
  • Any browsing where you want an evidentiary record of exactly what loaded.

What sessions are not for

  • Using a session as a general-purpose exit node or proxy for unrelated traffic or automated tooling.
  • Launching attacks, scanning, or exploitation against systems you don't own or have authorization to test.
  • Distributing malware, or using the artifact bundle infrastructure to store or transfer illegal content.
  • Attempting to break the sandbox boundary, the node, or another session's isolation.
  • Automated or scripted control of a session — sessions are interactive and human-driven.
  • Any use that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

Enforcement

We rate-limit and monitor for abuse patterns rather than reading session content proactively. A clear violation — reported, or detected through network-level signals like scanning or exploit traffic — can result in session termination, account suspension, or removal from a team, with notice where practical. Repeated or severe violations end the account.

Reporting misuse
